 About Sadaf

During her time at Baruch College, Sadaf discovered her passion for mentoring and teaching. After completing her undergraduate, she became an adjunct faculty member and taught chemistry to undergraduate students. Alongside her studies, she conducted workshops that served as safe spaces for Afghan women to come together, share their stories, and learn valuable skills that can elevate their lives in the US. Sadaf’s hope is to improve access to education for refugees, recognizing that education is not just a fundamental right, but also a powerful catalyst for positive change and resilience. Sadaf hopes to continue developing and implementing integration programs for Afghan women.
