Career
Murwarid is currently a Radiology Resident Physician. Since completing her undergraduate degree at George Washington University, Murwarid has had a strong passion for helping the Afghan community. She loves volunteering in her spare time and hopes to continue these efforts by helping newly-arrived refugees across the country.
In terms of her future plans, Murwarid hopes to be a global health advocate and to work closely with communities in need. She was born to two refugee parents and wants to do her best to give back to those with similar upbringings!
